Dr Sharon Wright has over 20 years of experience in leading strategy and policy development, implementation and evaluation. Specialising in education and urban regeneration, Sharon is passionate about creating a strong relationship between public services and their users. She has worked extensively with senior managers to influence change, and with communities to engage and empower them.

Previously Sharon spent 12 years in the Civil Service working on education and employment policy and was a Fellow in Organisational Development with OPM before becoming Managing Director of the not for profit company School Works.

Sharon is a Doctor in Education from King’s College London. She is a Trustee of a Secondary Free School in west London, Fellow of the British American Project, Fellow of the RSA, Affiliate Member of the RIBA and Member of the RIBA Validation Panel.
