Creative Wit was started by Sharon Wright who has many years experience of transforming thinking about the way the public sector works. She has wide experience in working with communities to give them a voice in policy development and delivery.

Sharon is a national expert on school design issues, particularly on :

  • linking pedagogy and space;
  • translating the educational vision into effective briefing documents;
  • engaging stakeholders in the design process;
  • evaluating school buildings;
  • and on designing school buildings for extended services.

In addition, Sharon works on regeneration projects, engaging the wider community in thinking about their environments, and with senior managers to develop strategic thinking.

Previously Sharon spent 12 years in the Civil Service working on education and employment policy and was a Fellow in Organisational Development with OPM before becoming Managing Director of the not for profit company School Works.

Creative Wit also works with a number of Associates who bring a wealth of expertise in engagement and participation, design and public sector services.
