Creative Wit was started by Sharon Wright who has many years experience of transforming thinking about the way the public sector works. As Managing Director of School Works, she worked to bring together architects, educationalists, policy makers and building specialists to develop shared understanding and find innovative ways to tackle existing problems. Much of her time was spent with policy makers and senior managers in LEAs and schools, developing tools and techniques which could be shared widely to improve the quality of the learning environment.

Prior to joining School Works, Sharon was a Fellow in Organisational Development with OPM. She started her career in the Civil Service, spending 12 years in employment and education policy.

Sharon remains an Associate with School Works. She is also an LEA-appointed additional governor of a London primary school, and is Chair of the school’s Personnel Committee.

With a first degree from Queen’s University Belfast and a Masters from the University of London Sharon is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Education at King’s College, London. She is a Fellow of the 21st Century Trust and a Fellow of the British American Project.
